- Botnets.
- Malicious scripts.
- Destructive code.
- Other software designed to compromise systems or devices.
2.4 Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, networks, databases, APIs, or systems.
- Circumvent authentication or security mechanisms.
- Exploit vulnerabilities without authorization.
- Conduct unauthorized penetration testing.
- Scan or probe systems for vulnerabilities without permission.

2.5 Network and Infrastructure Abuse

- Purchased or harvested mailing lists used without authorization.

2.7 Intellectual Property Abuse
- Knowingly infringing copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
- Distributing pirated software, movies, music, books, or other copyrighted material.
- Hosting unauthorized copies of protected content.
- Circumventing digital rights management or technical protection measures.
- Misrepresenting ownership or authorization of intellectual property.
3. Harmful or Abusive Content
You may not use the Services to create, host, distribute, or promote content that:

- The user attempts to evade previous enforcement.
- The account is primarily used for prohibited activity.
- Continued service presents unacceptable legal, security, financial, or operational risk.
10. Repeat Offenders
Repeated violations may result in progressively stronger enforcement.
- Warning.
- Temporary restrictions.
- Account suspension.
- Account termination.
- Restriction of related accounts or infrastructure where reasonably necessary.
11. Circumvention of Enforcement
Users may not attempt to bypass enforcement actions by:
- Creating replacement accounts.
- Using another person's account.
- Changing domains or infrastructure to continue prohibited activity.
- Manipulating account information.
- Using technical methods to circumvent restrictions.
- Transferring prohibited activity to another account or service.
12. Appeals
Users whose accounts or services have been restricted or suspended may request a review where an appeal process is available.
An appeal should include:

- The action being appealed.
- Relevant circumstances.
- Evidence supporting the appeal.
- Steps taken to correct the alleged violation.
